Shipping & returns

Shipping countries

We deliver to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax.

Germany
Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs, with no minimum order value.
Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days.

Austria
Shipping costs: €9.90 per order.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

Other EU countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden)
Shipping costs: €19.99 per order.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

Dispatch time

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders that reach us on a working day by 1 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders after 1 p.m. and orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Pre-orders

If an item is marked as a pre-order, we ship it from the date stated on the product page. The delivery times above apply from that date. If you order a pre-order item together with items that are available immediately, we ship separately: the available items go out straight away, the pre-order follows on the stated date. This does not cost you any additional shipping.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. As we process and pack orders as quickly as possible, changing the address after the order has been completed is generally no longer possible. If you notice a mistake, please contact our customer service immediately. As long as the shipment has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will try to adjust the address.

Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation) is not possible, as our parcels exceed the dimensions permitted there. Please provide a street address.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of a delivery address you entered incorrectly, we may charge you the additional shipping or return costs actually incurred as a result.

Voluntary 30-day right of return

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The following applies to this voluntary right of return:

The products must be returned unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
You register your return via our returns portal or our customer service and receive a return label. For the label we deduct a flat rate of €9.99 within Germany and a flat rate of €19.99 from other EU countries from your refund.
After receiving and checking the goods, we refund the purchase price via the payment method originally used.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this voluntary right of return.

Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You will find the details, in particular on deadlines, exercise and who bears the costs, in our withdrawal policy. You can also declare your withdrawal online: Withdraw from contract. In the event of withdrawal we refund the purchase price including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping we offer.

Damaged or faulty products

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service. In this case we will of course bear the return costs, and within the scope of your statutory warranty rights you will receive, at your choice, a replacement product or a refund. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain fully in place.
