Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from your purchase contract with us online. The statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the goods. The details are set out in our withdrawal policy.

How it works: log in to your customer account with the email address of your order. You will receive a code by email, you do not need a password. Select the order and request the return or, before shipping, the cancellation. The acknowledgement of receipt is sent automatically by email.

Return shipment: send the goods back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You can get a return label via your customer account or our returns portal.
