This is how easy it is to make a complaint:

1. Contact us via our contact form or by email (support@havn-home.de).
2. Please provide your order number .
3. If possible, send us photos of the damage* .

*Unfortunately, photos can only be sent to us via email.

What happens next?

We'll review your issue as quickly as possible and get back to you. In most cases, you'll receive a replacement or refund. For minor defects, we'll take care of a repair or a straightforward solution.
