Did you order your artificial Christmas tree through Amazon? You can find the status in your Amazon account under "My Orders." Once your package has been shipped, the tracking information will appear there.

After shipping, you'll automatically receive an email with a tracking link . This allows you to see the location of your package at any time and view the estimated delivery date.

Delivery time

Our standard delivery time is usually 1–3 business days . During the pre-Christmas period, delays may occasionally occur with the shipping service.

• "Delivered" but nothing received? Check with neighbors/households and contact us.
