Did you order your artificial Christmas tree via Amazon? You will find the status in your Amazon account under "Your Orders". As soon as your parcel has been shipped, tracking appears there.

Order placed in our online shop

After shipping you automatically receive an email with a tracking link. It lets you see where your parcel is and the expected delivery date at any time.

Alternatively, you can track your shipment directly with DHL. Simply enter your tracking number in the field on the following page: DHL tracking

Delivery time

Within Germany we usually deliver in 1 to 2 working days, to other EU countries in 3 to 5 working days. Pre-orders ship from the date shown on the product page. In the run-up to Christmas, the carrier may occasionally be delayed.

Problems with delivery?

• No tracking number received? Please also check your spam folder.
• Parcel delayed? Check the tracking page for current status updates.
• Marked "delivered" but nothing received? Ask your neighbours or household and contact us.
