Shipment

Shipping is possible to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Spain (except the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Province of Las Palmas, Melilla, Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Shipping costs (including VAT):

Shipping costs within Germany for orders under €100 are €5.90. For orders over €100, shipping within Germany is free.
The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-2 working days .

Orders will be shipped the same day if they are received by 1 p.m. Same-day shipping on Saturdays is not available.

For deliveries to Austria, a shipping fee of €9.90 per order applies. Delivery time to Austria is approximately 2-3 working days .

For deliveries to other European countries and Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of EUR 29.99 per order applies.

For orders outside Germany, any return fees that may arise due to undeliverable shipments cannot be refunded.

Returns:

You can return your delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase price will be refunded, less the return shipping fee of €14.99. The refund will be made via the original payment method used.

For returns from abroad, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with either a replacement or a full refund.
